The company’s refund policy is as follows:
A customer agrees with all the terms and conditions of the company when placing an order with us.
A 100% monetary return will NOT be entertained on all claims.
The 30% of the total amount for an order will be withheld by the company so as to retain functioning as per service charges, except for cases in which plagiarism is discovered within the work submitted or the student receives an F grade.
Only results can determine when a refund has to be issued.
All claims pertaining to refunds shall be claimed within 30 days of delivery and not more than that period.
For those who have availed revisions and alteration facilities before the submission of their papers are entitled to receive partial refunds. However if a customer submits his paper without any prior request for revision shall thus be granted NO REFUNDS as the work submitted would be considered adequate and up to the standards of the order.
For customers who place an order with a deadline of 48 hours or less, no refunds can be claimed.
For those customers who place an order of a dissertation having a deadline of less than 10 days, then 100% refunds shall not be claimed.
